A brief introduction to our strong affiliation with the cinema industry
Neeraj Tiwari’s late grandfather, Amarnath Tiwari, started the film distribution business in the early 1960s. Shree Madhusudan films is a pioneer and innovator in the Indian film entertainment business at Assam. Over the past 57 years, we have acquired, co-produced, and distributed some of the most recognized and successful Indian films across theatrical, television, and other formats. Our extensive and growing movie library comprises over 400 films, including recent and classic titles spanning different genres, budgets, and languages. We have released Indian language films, which have been among India’s top box office grossing films under Rajkamal pictures and Shree Madhusudhan films. The business was concentrated in Bengal and Assam. Later expanded it in Bihar, Orissa, and U.P. when business was flourishing as there were very few means of entertainment. Aagaaz Entertainment joined the distribution business and released Gulshan Rai’s, Tridev, Mohra, Gupt, Pyar Ishq Aur Mohabbat, Asambhav, Dharma Production’s Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum, etc.
We have also released movies like Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana & Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi and the Distributor for ABCL. We had also produced Assamese regional films viz, pita Putra and Prabhati Pakhir Gaan. We also started a music company called Aagaaz music world. With so many leading singers setting an inspiring example and so many people engaged.
Meet Our Founder
Neeraj Tiwari has taken rapid strides in films and music, carrying forward his family’s legacy in the film and entertainment industry since the 1960s. Neeraj nwari started his career as a film distributor. Today, Neeraj Tiwari aims to boost fresh artists through his company Aagaaz entertainment. With his Aagaaz Entertainment, Nee raj Tiwari started his production house and followed it up very soon with his own music company Aagaazmusic world. Neeraj Tiwari has produced many songs and worked with playback singers like Amit Gupta, shah id Mallya, Javed Ali, kamal khan, master Salim, Asit Tripathy, Deepali Sathe and Jaan Kumar Sanu, producer, film distributor, director and music producer Nee raj Tiwari who was heads Aagaaz Entertainment. Besides Aagaaz entertainment, Neeraj owns his own company in the shipping industry known as ace ship navigation PVT LTD.
